• The FMCSA charges a one time non-refundable fee of $300.00;

• AAT will do all the leg work for a one time fee of $149.99*;
• Your total charge, when AAT does it for you, is a maximum of $449.99*;
• AAT will then provide the guidance necessary to insure that your authority application is filed correctly and not rejected.

Your ICC Interstate Authority filing includes:

Filing of the (MC#) OP-1 application electronically with the FMCSA, and USDOT#.

After your filings are complete, The AAT will:

• give you a competitive quote for the required insurance coverage**;
• help you set up your business;
• report your coverage and have your insurance filed with the FMCSA.

* This Guarantee is offered during normal business hours and pertains to the $149.99 fee charged by AAT. The FMCSA Fee is NOT included in the fees waived. Standard Time of acquisition is 30 minutes.

**The FMCSA requires $750,000 of primary liability coverage and a minimum of $5,000 cargo coverage.
